Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics

We adopted policies establishing our obligations as members of our company and defining the rules of conduct. They apply to all company members, and we expect all colleagues to comply fully with these policies.

 

We are committed to acting ethically, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, supporting sustainability practices among communities we serve, and striving to help protect the environment. The Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics serves as a guide to help our colleagues who provide services to understand the key expectations for the behavior and highlights personal responsibility. This Code is intended to promote ethical conduct and compliance with laws and regulations, provide ways to report unethical conduct, support a culture of integrity, and deter wrongdoing. We expect all colleagues to comply with this Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics, use good judgment while providing services, and follow the highest ethical standards to which the company is committed. This Code is a living document, and we are periodically updating the content of this Code.

We value the trust of the clients that we serve and the candidates we work with. Our clients and candidates trust us with confidential information, which is a valuable asset to our company. We earn that trust by always acting with the highest integrity and protecting this information.

Such confidential information includes intellectual property, financial information such as revenues, budget information, strategic business plans, organizational structures, hiring strategies, fee structures, remuneration schemes, personal information, and other sensitive information provided to us by clients and candidates.

 

We are committed not to disclosing this information to the public. We adapted all applicable data privacy laws to protect this information.

 

We only share confidential information with colleagues who have a legitimate need to know, or those we know are authorized to access the information. We expect colleagues to safeguard confidential information and use company cybersecurity tools and policies to prevent unauthorized access.

We are committed to avoiding a conflict of interest when an individual private interferes with the company's interests. We do not tolerate using or attempting to use any relationship with the company to obtain any improper personal benefit for the employee, family, or others.

 

Our colleagues must not engage in inconsistent activities in the company's best interests or impact the company's relationship with any person or entity with which the company has or proposes to enter a business.

Our colleagues are prohibited from using confidential information for any reason other than that client's service.

Our colleagues must not accept gifts from persons or entities if such gifts are being made to influence them in their capacity or if acceptance of such gifts may create the appearance of a conflict of interest.

We prohibit personal romantic or familial relationships between company members who are actively working together. We do not employ the children of our Partners.

We adhere to international trade regulations that prohibit or restrict trade with certain countries, organizations, or individuals. We are committed to promoting fair and competitive products and services and the highest quality. When offering our services and products to the market, we must always provide current and accurate information and avoid misleading information. Further, all colleagues must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies relating to fair competition, anti-trust, anti-money laundering, tax laws, and funding terrorist organizations.

We must ensure we operate independently of our capacity, avoiding outside engagement. We are a politically neutral company. We do not engage in political activity. Our colleagues are prohibited from accepting an official role in a political campaign or sitting on the board of directors of any for-profit organization. Our colleagues are prohibited from accepting advisory positions outside the company. Not-for-profit organizations are subject to prior clearance.

We expect our colleagues to treat client assets with respect and use only necessary resources to meet client expectations. Our employees are prohibited from using client assets, information, or position for personal gain.  

 

We respect and value intellectual property. Menity is an international trademark protected by intellectual rights laws in the USA, Europe, and China. Intellectual property, including technologies, know-how, and information, is a vital asset to our company. All employees have an obligation to protect it.

Menity stands firmly against bribery and corruption in all its forms. We strictly prohibit any form of bribe, and we are committed to fully complying with the anti-corruption laws of all the jurisdictions in which we operate.

We do not offer gifts or favors to gain any form of advantage for ourselves, our colleagues, or any third party. We do not accept gifts that are intended to influence us.

 

We are committed to maintaining systems and policies to detect and prevent corruption or bribery behavior and help our colleagues avoid addressing them properly.

Our clients and candidates entrust us with confidential information. We adopted a privacy policy and data security guidelines to protect this information to meet high-security standards. We implemented cybersecurity standards to keep all our client's personal data and candidates safe, as requested by GDPR.

We seek to select suppliers with the same values as us and are committed to the highest professional and ethical standards in their business. Third parties we work with must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We expect they will maintain a high level of confidentiality and will protect the company and client's reputation. Our colleagues must not present personal political opinions that can collide with company political neutrality.

 

We have zero tolerance for posting or sharing any content that violates applicable laws. All external publications and communication with the press require approval by the company.
